Hiking safari:
Would you like to experience a safari on foot?
A hiking safari offers you a whole new dimension. You can start from large camps or lodges, or we can offer you half-day or full-day hikes with smaller tents. If you want to immerse yourself completely in nature, star tents are perfect for you! These star tents are made entirely of gauze, with an over-tent in case it rains. When you wake up in the morning, looking through the grass gives you the feeling of really being immersed in nature. At night you can see the stars!
Since the camp uses little electricity and only a few vehicles are used, it can reach areas that are not normally used by tourists. You can be on these trekking tours for days without seeing another vehicle in the Serengeti.
Meditative walking safaris – experience nature up close
The crew will prepare a delicious breakfast for you to take with you on your walk with your guide and the national park ranger, as you set off across the plains. Afterwards, the crew will pack up the camp and move it to a new location before your group arrives. When you arrive at your camp, lunch will be waiting for you and the rest of the day will be spent relaxing. Hikes like this have a rather meditative influence, where you become calmer and more centred as the days go by. While hiking, you can see the small details, unique grasses, different species of insects and tracks of large animals.
The hikes are led by the most experienced safari guides, all of whom have completed shooting trainings. They are accompanied by a Serengeti park ranger. Take part in the unique experience of a hike through the Great Rift Valley!
The Great African Rift Valley system is 6,000 kilometres long and runs through Tanzania, among other places. On the edge of the eastern rift, you will find the Ngorongoro Crater, the Empakaai Crater and the only active volcano in Tanzania, the Ol Doinyo Lengai (2962 m), as well as Lake Natron, home to millions of flamingos. Your hike along the Great Rift Valley, including an ascent of the active volcano Ol Doinyo Lengai, is a unique safari experience. Accompanied by a ranger, a cook and two Maasai, you can cover the distance from the Empakaai crater to Lake Natron in two days. Several donkeys will carry your luggage. You will pass through authentic Maasai villages and idyllic hilly landscapes. From Lake Natron, you can climb the volcano Ol Doinyo Lengai (prices on request).
Golf & Safari:

You will spend the night in mobile tents in the middle of nature. A riding safari can also be combined with one of our other programmes.
Requirements
You will be in the saddle for about four to six hours every day and need to be an experienced rider. Each horse riding safari is led by a qualified and professionally trained guide.
